ClauseGuard was built by a Singapore-based security analyst and NSman who went through a confusing, high-stakes employment contract situation firsthand — bond clauses, ambiguous terms, and no easy way to understand what was actually enforceable. ClauseGuard exists so the next person doesn't have to figure it out alone.

Our mission

Every Singapore employee should be able to understand what they're signing — before they sign it, while they're employed, and when they're leaving. ClauseGuard reads your employment documents against Singapore MOM regulations and explains, in plain English, what they mean and what you can do.

It is not legal advice and not a substitute for a qualified professional. It's a starting point — a way to walk into a conversation with MOM, TADM, or a lawyer already understanding your own situation.

How it works

• Your documents are anonymised on your device's behalf before any analysis — names, ID numbers, emails, phone numbers and addresses are replaced with placeholders the AI never sees decoded.
• Analysis runs per request. The server keeps nothing after it responds — your results live only in your own browser.
• Three modes — reviewing a contract, leaving a job, or an active dispute — tailor the guidance to where you are.
